By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Use of the Website and HELEN™

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. c. Account Responsibility: If you create an account to use HELEN™ or other features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

- No Medical Advice: Heirloom Diet and HELEN™ are wellness tools, not medical devices. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No doctor-patient relationship is formed through your use of the Service. b. Allergy & Ingredient Safety: While the Service may offer recipe sorting based on dietary preferences or allergies, you are solely responsible for verifying all ingredients against physical labels. Manufacturers change ingredients without notice; the Company is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects. c. 3. Artificial Intelligence and Data
- AI Nature: HELEN™ uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. You acknowledge that AI is probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated" information. b. No Model Training: Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not use your personal dietary inputs or account information to train or improve underlying AI models. c. Verification: You agree to verify all AI-generated content for accuracy before reliance.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its contents (text, graphics, logos, and HELEN™ proprietary algorithms) are the property of Heirloom Diet and are protected by intellectual property laws. b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. You may not reproduce, "scrape," or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Websites and Content
- We may provide links to third-party sites or use third-party AI sub-processors (e.g., OpenAI) to facilitate the Service. We have no control over the content or availability of third-party sites. b. Any third-party products mentioned are for informational purposes and do not imply an endorsement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heirloom Diet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including personal injury or allergic reactions—arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heirloom Diet from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
